Will I get a refund if I have to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Out of respect for the time of the clinicians as well as other patients who are waiting to be seen, Outro has a limited refund policy.

Initial Consultations

For initial consultations (the first appointment with your clinician), you may receive:

• A 100% refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the appointment start time
• No refund if you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment start time
• No refund if you no-show for the appointment without prior notice.

All Other Appointments

No refunds are offered for other appointments; however, you may reschedule your appointment without charge if it is more than 48 hours before the appointment start time. Please note that a no-show fee will be automatically charged if:

• You reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment start time, or
• You no-show for the appointment without prior notice.

The no-show fee is $50 for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) visit and $75 for a Physician visit.
