How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
To cancel a clinician visit, contact us via our chat widget or send an email to hello@outro.com. Please cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
You can now reschedule appointments via the Outro Portal.
- View your appointments at https://app.outro.com/appointments
- Click on the appointment you want to reschedule
- If your appointment is more than 48 hours away, you can click the "Reschedule" link which will allow you to choose a new time
For appointments that are under 48 hours away, please reach out to our team via chat in the portal, or email care@outro.com and we'd be happy to assist you in rescheduling. Please note that refunds for rescheduling within 48 hours may be limited; see our refund policy here.
